Checking your delivery

Please check your goods as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the items and packaging.

How we handle claims

We review every claim individually and agree the solution with you — replacement, repair or credit, depending on the case.

Custom and private-label orders

Products made to your specifications (custom designs, logos or labels) are produced especially for you and can only be returned if they are faulty or do not match the approved specifications.
