Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide delivery

We ship business orders worldwide. The shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time depend on the order size and destination, and are always confirmed in your quotation before you approve the order.

Production and lead times

Lead times depend on the products, quantities and any customisation. Your quotation includes the expected production and delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you the shipping documents and tracking details.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside our country, import duties and local taxes may apply. We will tell you in the quotation how these are handled for your destination.
